Cancellation Policy
Classes must now be paid in full and refunds are not available. This is to reduce people signing up and holding a place in the classes but never showing up, leaving people waiting to get into a class being left out.

Please note that any rescheduling/cancelling with less than 7 days notice is not refundable; as filling the space at short notice may not be possible. IF I am able to fill the spot in the class you are no longer attending then a refund may be offered minus a $95 administration fee.

If you need to move to another class/date/location with more than 7 days notice this should not be a problem on the basis that there is available room for you to move into another desirable class. From September-April every year classes fill VERY quickly so get in early if you need to change.

Consent Agreement
“You” the user of Paws And Think Dog Training services consent to the services which you have engaged Paws And Think Dog Training to perform in a manner to be determined by Paws And Think Dog Training.
“You” agree that during the performance of those services and entirely at the discretion of Paws And Think Dog Training they may at your cost perform additional services if it is considered to be in the best interest of your pet to perform those services.
“You” agree to Paws And Think Dog Training taking your pet to any suitably qualified vet to perform any emergency treatment that your pet may require while the services are being performed at your cost.
“You” agree that your pet at the absolute discretion of Paws And Think Dog Training or their agents, assigns, employees or contractors maybe muzzled, tethered or otherwise humanely restrained.
“You” agree that your pet maybe photographed while receiving the services that you have engaged Paws And Think Dog Training to perform and that any such photograph maybe used in social media, advertising or other promotional matters with no compensation to you.
“You” agree to indemnify Paws And Think Dog Training and or release them of all legal, financial, and any other liability that includes their agents, employees, successors and assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to your engagement of Paws And Think Dog Training.
This Consent shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
This Consent has been read and fully understood by “You” and by clicking AGREE you agree to accept and be bound by the terms of this consent agreement in respect of the services you requested to be performed.
