Course Format

If your dog treats recall like a suggestion—or hears you shout their name and sprints the other way—this is the course for you.
What’s It All About?
Rebound the Hound is a 3-lesson course focused entirely on recall training - aka getting your dog to come back when called, off leash… even at the park!

How to make YOU the most exciting thing in the environment

Because good manners aren’t just for dinner parties.
I believe that setting dogs up to succeed is a fairer and a substantially premium method of getting our dogs to learn desired behaviours and if the reinforcement is delivered just right, then the chances of your dog repeating the desired behaviour is high.
What’s It All About?
Life Skills for Life is a 6-lesson course that covers the essentials
Each practical class is based around a ‘topic’ or a ‘concept’. like walking politely, coming when called, chilling out at home, and not launching into orbit every time someone rings the doorbell. Training both dog and owner how to improve on life skills and what they think they already know!
We’ll teach you how to:

Foundation skills every owner needs their dogs to do readily and easily. Master the skills we all need.

How to get good manners within the home - Stop the chaos in the kitchen and around guests.

Introduction to loose lead walking and how to train it (or check out our full Loosen The Lead program if you want to go deep).

Lower arousal around roads and build safe behaviour on the street - no more garbage snacking or lunging at footpath snacks.

Build the foundations for a reliable recall (or check out our full Rebound the Hound program if you want to go deep).
How 'Life Skills For Life' Works

This isn’t a course for dogs with anxious, fearful, extreme hyperarousal, complex behavioural issues or reactivity – private sessions are better suited to those big feelings.
